  • Made-to-Order/Pre-Order Items: These items take 15-18 business days for delivery and require additional time for production.

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 2 working days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • Shipping: Shipping times vary based on product availability (e.g., ready-to-ship vs. pre-order). A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
  • Shipping Times: Delivery generally takes 5-15 business days, depending on the shipping destination and courier services.

4. Returns & Exchanges

As we ensure that all products are individually checked and packed for quality, we do not accept returns. In the rare event that an item arrives damaged due to shipping, please provide us with an unedited video of the package being opened, and we will assist with a replacement or refund.
