1. How long does it take to process my order?

We process all orders within 2 working days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

2. When will my order be shipped?

For Ready to Ship items, your order will be dispatched on the next business day after processing. For Pre-Order or Made-to-Order items, delivery will take 15-18 business days.

3. How can I place an order?

You can place an order either through our website at www.ethnicali.com or by sending a WhatsApp message to +1 925-719-1629 with a photo and the product code of the item you want to purchase.

4. How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, we will provide a tracking number via email or WhatsApp so you can track the status of your package.

5. What is your return policy?

Since we ensure all products are individually checked and packed with care, we do not accept returns. However, if an item is damaged during shipping, please send us an unedited video of the package being opened, and we will assist with a replacement or refund.

6. Can I cancel or change my order?

You can request a cancellation or change to your order before it has been processed. Once the order is processed or shipped, we are unable to accommodate changes.

7. What are the payment methods available?

We accept credit cards, debit cards, Zelle, PayPal and other payment methods available at checkout on our website.

8. How will I know when new arrivals are available?

We regularly post updates about new arrivals in our WhatsApp group and on our website. You can also subscribe to our newsletter for the latest updates.

10. Do you offer customization or stitching services?

At the moment, we do provide pico and falls for an additional $15. It can be added as an additional service along with your product.
